I have always questioned the norm starting from my childhood. Growing up in a Roman Catholic household, I never took things at face value. I was endlessly curious, always wanting to explore and understand more. While my parents held devoutly to their beliefs, I found myself diving headfirst into the vast ocean of different religions. I would challenge my parents' beliefs by studying different religions. The story of the Buddha fascinated me and has inspired several of my works over the years. In particular, the story of the Buddha struck a chord within me. His journey from prince to ascetic, his profound enlightenment under the Bodhi tree, and his teachings on compassion and self-realization captivated my imagination. .
